Our intention is to provide training to individuals, groups and organisations in Mindful Compassion and to continue to evolve the Mindful Compassion approach to living for anyone interested in learning and developing it in their lives
We do this because we believe that it is an effective way to both enhance your life experiences and also a fabulous way to care for yourself and others when needed in an ever changing beautiful and yet often demanding world….being human isn’t always easy!!
We offer a range of groups, retreats, courses and workshops in Mindful Compassion with a variety of different themes that beautifully complement our Mindful Compassion approach – please see our current course/retreat schedule…we will also happily tailor-make courses and workshops to meet the needs of your organisation…
During the 2020 Covid pandemic we began to offer weekly online meditation sessions using the zoom platform to replace the groups we were running and may continue with this online presence once the pandemic is over as well as returning to deliver groups we run….for details please email us…
Meditations are very useful, you can bring them into use in everyday life, I found them very useful in stressful situations.
Learning to care for myself as I have always been last on the list, now I am first and I care better for everyone else.
Meditation calms my soul, have found the whole concept of mindful compassion a great help from mindful walking and meditating to just thinking mindfully.
Learning to accept myself and stopping self-criticism, I am ok just as I am, made me think about me and realise that’s not bad or selfish, it’s ok to look after myself, let go of guilt, stopped judging myself.
Understanding why I feel like I do, enjoyed meditation and found peace, without this help I wouldn’t be in the good place I’m in now, learned a great deal, heightened sensitivity to day to day experience, shaped my way of being.
Helped me come to terms with my fear of the future, to enjoy each day and not to worry about things I cannot change.
I became calmer, happier, more positive and joyful…
